After the customer has received the product ordered by him/her, the customer has 14 days to register for a return. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return the product. After Handcleaning has received the return notification, we will proceed to refund within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good order.

If the customer wishes to dissolve the agreement pursuant to Article 10.1 of these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Handigschoononen.nl in writing (by e-mail). The customer must send the product - after consultation with handigschoonetsen.nl - to a return address determined by handigschoononen.nl. In this case, the customer must bear the costs and risk of shipping.

If the customer has already made some payments at the moment that the customer has revoked the agreement with handigschoonetsen.nl pursuant to article 10.1 and 10.2 of these Purchase Conditions, handigschoonetsen.nl will refund these payments to the customer within fourteen (14) working days after handigschoonetsen.nl has received the product returned by the customer.

Handigschoonmaken.nl reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the already paid amount, when it is suspected that the product has already been opened, used or by the fault of the customer (other than that of handigschoonmaken.nl or the supplier of the product) is damaged.

If a product is returned that in the opinion of handigschoonetsen.nl has suffered damage due to an act or negligence of the customer or otherwise at the risk of the customer, handigschoonetsen.nl will notify the customer in writing (via e-mail). Handigschoononen.nl has the right to deduct the depreciation of the product as a result of this damage from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
